Privacy, in plain English.
We collect as little as we can, use it only to answer you and do the work, and never sell it or use it for marketing.
What we collect
When you send the request form, we receive what you type in: your name, email, business name, current website, what you're interested in, your message, and (for email setup) your answers to the extra questions.
When you email us, we receive your message and email address like any email.
When you visit, our hosting keeps standard technical records for security and to keep the site running, such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested. We also count visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which doesn't use cookies, doesn't track you across other sites, and doesn't build a profile of you.
What we use it for
- To reply to you, and to prepare your free concept, X-ray, quote or project.
- To do the work you hire us for, and to send related emails and invoices.
- To keep the site secure and working.
We don't sell your information, rent it, share it for advertising, or add you to marketing lists. We don't run ads.
Who else handles it
A few services help us run the site. Each only gets what it needs to do its job:
- Formspree receives the request form and passes it to us by email.
- Cloudflare delivers the site securely, counts visits (Web Analytics) and forwards email sent to [email protected].
- Google hosts the inbox your emails and form requests arrive in. Our sample sites (not this page) also load typefaces from Google Fonts, which means Google sees the visit.
Each has its own privacy policy. We don't allow any of them to use your information for their own advertising through us.
Cookies
We don't set cookies for tracking or advertising. Cloudflare may set a small, strictly necessary cookie to tell real visitors from bots. That's all.
How long we keep it
If you become a client, we keep your project details for as long as we're working together, plus whatever records the law requires us to keep, such as invoices. If you reach out but we don't end up working together, we delete your enquiry within 12 months.
Your choices
You can ask us at any time to show you what we have about you, correct it, or delete it. Email [email protected] and we'll take care of it within 30 days.
Children
This site is for businesses. It isn't meant for children, and we don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.
Changes
If we change how we handle information, we'll update this page and the date at the top.
